If you wish to mirror this site:
- Setup a job to regularly (eg n minutes, where 10 <= n <= 60) rsync the 'quaggaweb' module on rsync.quagga.net. to your mirror machine, eg: rsync -azS --delete rsync.quagga.net::quaggaweb <local path> , note that the --delete option is required.
-
Setup a vhost/webserver to serve out wherever you are rsyncing
quaggaweb to as hostname 'www.XX.quagga.net' (XX being your country
code). The vhost will need PHPv4, and allow all overrides through .htaccess
files, ie
AllowOverride all
must be set for the document root. - You may also optionally provide a read-only mirror of Quagga CVS. The repository can be retrieved either via the daily CVS repository snapshots or via rsync of rsync.quagga.net::quaggacvs. You will probably need to either have an existing CVSROOT or else create one, as the master CVSROOT directory is not made available. Irssi.org have instructions on how to setup cvs mirrors, of particular interest here is Tridge's secure pserver, see the section on "How it's done" on Samba.org's CVS page.
- Email mailto:mirrors@quagga.net with the details, ie country code and the IP or canonical hostname, optionally one may supply details of organisation, connectivity, person for use in the mirrors list, then subscribe to quagga-mirror-admins@lists.quagga.net.
